Product Availability
Greg Norman Eyewear currently offers both optical (prescription) and non-optical (sunglasses) and are distributed through independent eyewear professionals, national accounts, and non-optical retailers. For a list of dealers, please use our Store Locator to find your nearest retailer.
The complete line of Greg Norman Performance sunglasses are also available online via this website. See below for our online policies, procedures, and legal statements. Non-Performance (optical) eyewear is only available through our network of retailers.
Online Orders Made Through This Website
All online orders are shipped standard two-day delivery via our preferred courier, FedEx. International orders may require additional processing time. Please note: Greg Norman Eyewear orders will currently show up as Shark Shootout Charities on your credit card statement. This is a temporary glitch with our payment gateway that we hope to have resolved as sson as possible.
Online Order Tracking
You will receive an email once your order has been processed and shipped. Orders received before 3 PM ET (Monday - Friday) will be processed on that day. Orders received after 3 PM ET or on the weekends, will be processed on the next possible work day.

Exchange/Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Greg Norman Eyewear, simply return it within 30 days to Greg Norman Eyewear for a no hassle exchange or return.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns unless the item is defective or where prohibited by law. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged on some items and items that do not meet the Return Requirements listed below. Additional conditions and requirements may apply – please read our full return and exchange policy.
Return Requirements:
1. Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
2. Items must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and plastic bags.
3. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
4. Please note we do not accept returns on International purchases at this time.
If the item being returned does not meet the above conditions, has been opened or shows signs of wear the return may be refused and returned to you or you may be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Returns must be received by Greg Norman Eyewear within 30 calendar days after purchasing. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item. You will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise originally.
